Return and refund policy

First of all

Thank you for shopping at JS Wilton. We appreciate you for buying our products, and we will do our very best to give you a rewarding shopping experience. If you have problems related to a product bought from us, please contact us through phone, email or chat.  We have in-depth knowledge about our products, and we are here to help.

Returns

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from us. We go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to contact us and we will assist you with the prosess. 

In order to return a product, the product must be undamaged and in its original package. Please request the return within 10 days from recieving the product. Keep in mind that personalized products is not eligble for return.

If you are approved for a return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will be responsible for paying transaction fees.

Custom made products such as, but not limited to, Brass Types and Brass logos is not eligble for returns.

Shipping returns

Unfortunately we do not refund shipping costs, and the customer will also be responsible of paying the shipping cost for returning the item. 

If you are returning more expensive items, we would a recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee for the products during shipping, how ever your courier will most likely. We will of course give you our best advices on how to return the product to us.

Late or missing refunds

Exchanges and refunds

We will of course replace items if they are defective or damaged when you recieve it. If you have a problem a product, we will assist you to find the best solution to solve the issue.
